The employer / client will be required to obtain in our favor the following:

1. The Power of Attorney
2. Demand letter
3. Specimens of the Employment Agreement

Upon receiving the green signal from our partner agencies or recruiting company, we start screening the applications for the right candidates, and only the fit candidates will be included in the final list. While we are confident of selecting the right and the best candidate, we would as well welcome your representative to be available here in Ghana to see the selection / deployment formalities first hand. We operate a computerized data system for various categories of personnel — at any given time, we are in a position to select the right candidates depending on the nature of requirements.

For large requirements, we advertise through the most appropriate media channels. We endeavor to meet the requirements of our clients, whether the assignment is large or small. We arrange for medical tests in the prescribed manner by your respective consulate, and only the fit candidates are included in the final selection / deployment.
